La Fiesta started as a modest candy counter with a simple belief: that the best treats don't need a grand stage — just good ingredients, honest preparation, and a counter where neighbors actually know your name.
Today we're a full-service snack bar and dulcería serving Alabaster from our corner of 1st Street SW. We roast our own coffee blends, order our candies in small batches, and bake in-house every morning. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is hidden.
